unopened, it will last up to a year, if you can resist it for so long. check the cap every now and then to see if it’s still sealed properly. when opened, keep in the fridge and consume within 3 weeks.

use your senses to see, feel and smell if a product is still okay to use. most of the times it's still perfectly good to use after my given 'use before'-date. it's a natural product, so slight changes in color or texture may occur for each product.
